Radicalization and de-radicalization learning from foreign terrorist fighters

The Research Center for Religious Studies and Hedayah convened a workshop on the results of research into the Radicalization and De-radicalization of Kyrgyz Foreign Terrorist Fighters (FTF)

The research identifies a broad range of personal, social, economic, ideological, and influence facts that led to the radicalization, mobilization, and return of the FTF in Kyrgyzstan’s prisons. This is a qualitative research that involves interviewing FTF, their relatives, and relevant practitioners.
